"I absolutely love the service department here in Temecula"
I am just writing to comment on how great our service was when we took my 2007 Honda CRV in for service.. The person who took care of us was absolutely great!.. he really kept us updated on my car and what was going on and making sure that everything was going to be okay with my CRV.. The person who was helping us out was Tim Joyce... I absolutely love the service department here in Temecula.. I actually bought my car from Sierra Honda in Monrovia and took it there a couple times for service and will never go back to that dealership for anything.. the past couple times i took it there they really didn't take care of me or my car.. even after explaining to them that it wasn't safe to drive my car on the freeway for whatever was going on with the car... But now i know i can always count on the service department in Temecula for being honest with everything.. Thank you again Tim Joyce!

We have been taking our Honda Accord to DCH Honda of Temecula, for servicing, since moving here from Ventura County. We have always been treated respectfully, and had our Accord repaired in a timely manner.
When I went in to pick up the Accord, I thanked Andrew<service advisor>, personally...and telephoned Chris Johnson<service manager> and thanked him, as well. The fact that DCH, Andrew and Chris, took responsibility on behalf of your dealership, and went the extra mile to give us Excellent Customer Service...and save us some money.
