The last two model years for the Civic have been highlighted by changes, and for the third year in a row the DCH Honda of Temecula showroom will welcome a redesigned coupe and sedan model of the iconic brand vehicle.
The 2014 Civic coupe will see some significant changes with its looks, embodying a more youthful and sporty shape to fit the traditional essence of the vehicle.
The alterations to the interior mirror the modern changes to the exterior, and new technology will be incorporated with all the Civic models. The HondaLink Next Generation connected-car system will allow drivers to sync their smartphone directly to the vehicle. The online world and all content contained in a smartphones cloud system will be linked directly to the cars 7-inch touch-screen.
Additional technology will also be offered, specifically Display Audio, LaneWatch blind spot monitoring and Smart Entry with a Push Button start.
The most exciting addition to the Civic is the option of a continuously variable transmission (CVT) instead of the five-speed automatic or manual transmissions. The new CVT will provide better fuel efficiency, which is very important in a world that now stresses greener driving techniques.
